Before crafting even the first page, there will be an initial consultation by phone or email to understand exactly what you are looking for.  We will work hard to ensure your satisfaction and will submit a layout for your approval before continuing on with the project.  If for any reason Albums of the heart does not feel they can do justice to your project, they will give you a referral to someone who they feel can do the job.
